low-stakes commercial contracts — without a lawyer reading every word of every one.
The point isn't "an AI that reads contracts." It's a triage funnel: classify each contract,
extract the terms that matter, compare them against the legal team's own standard-positions
playbook, and route into three lanes — auto-clear (one human click), human review
(a known deviation, redline already drafted), or escalate (a lawyer looks properly).
The AI flags and drafts; a human always decides. When in doubt, it escalates.
